On the water

We review and collect what we need for the day, board the boat with our gear, and discuss our dive plan once we’re out on the water.

The day’s lessons are completed underwater in a 60-minute dive session.

Back on land

Our boat returns by mid-afternoon, so the rest of the day is your time to relax and/or explore Bocas.

Get to know Bocas del Toro

We are located on the mainland of Isla Colon in Bocas del Toro, Panama. This archipelago is home to reefs, rainforests, and essential marine life like sharks, sea turtles, bottlenose dolphins, 120+ species of sponge, three species of mangroves, and a diverse array of Caribbean coral species.

Because of our restoration efforts, Bocas del Toro was officially declared a Mission Blue Hope Spot in December 2019.

QUESTIONS?

Revive FAQs

Yes! You must be Open Water certified to participate as a diver.

New divers will be required to arrive early and complete Open Water Certification, checkout dives and/or Peak Performance Buoyancy specialty course. We suggest the same for inexperienced divers.

DAN Dive Insurance is required. We also highly recommend getting travel insurance before your trip.

Home to locals, travelers, and expats from all over the world, English and Spanish are widely spoken around Bocas.

The biggest difference here is the size of your group. If you are a solo diver, or in a group of 8 or less, our 5-day shared experience is for you. If you’re traveling with a dive shop or larger group (up to 12 divers), the private 7-day experience is better suited for you.

Not sure which one is for you? Email us at hello@motherofcorals.org and we can chat it through.
